We would like to have plans drawn up to raise, restump and have a slab layed and also beamwork and potential to build in at a later date. Also a rear extension to existing roofline to add additional space to kitchen, a rear deck and extend the side section covered by a skillion roof. The house is currently 10 x 10m. 1.5m above ground at highest point and 0.2 at lowest. Sloping block is 809m with 3m access at each side.
