4 outlets, 3 are blocked, 1 is fine. Tried aspirating via the working point, no joy. Very little suction from the 3 blocked points. Checked in the roof, there is one pipe that feeds the 3 outlets and one pipe that does the 4th.

Phoned and wanted to secure the job. Did not offer a quote at all. Was told $150 to come and check it out and fix it if it is a simple blockage. If the machine needed any work then they would charge for it. I asked for a quote 3 times and 3 times I was told "that's how we operate". I reminded them that the idea of SC was to obtain quotes not to have companies charge the maximum just to come out and see the job. Poor form and a company that is doing SC an injustice. Sour taste for the first experience with SC. Where did I put that local paper.
