Volta 219ec ducted system installed in september 2000 (ser/no. 10019146154). has worked perfectly until now, but although the vacuum itself appears to be working as well as ever the 'business end' has hardly any suction. cannot detect any defective seal at any of the four outlets, so presumably there is a blockage somewhere. original installer has moved and cannot be contacted.
also the various brushes/vac units are now worn and need replacing (1 x hard surface and 1 x carpet required).
