Four ceiling lights with three globes in each are failing. I think the sockets are corroding and need to be checked and replaced.
A kitchen light (unit) with three downlights attached has completely stopped working despite new downlights fitted. May need replacing too. The unit used to turn itself off after about 15 minutes of use until one day it just didn't work at all.
