2x downlights not working. Have swapped many globes over but globes blow soon after. Fluoro light in kitchen not working at all- have even tried new fluoro tubes. Had issues with mice in roof about 3 years ago- may require some re-wiring? Also about to purchase an "IXL tastic" or similar brand for bathroom- 2 globe version which needs to be installed.
