Arrived on site. Unable to record inverter readings due to blank display. Tested all AC and DC voltages at the input of the inverter, AC and DC voltages within parameters of the inverter, tested all DC cabling to earth, DC cabling not to earth, tested earth continuity from the external frame of the inverter to main earth, earth continuous. Performed a short circuit current test, current as expected. Inspected roof top installation, rooftop installation compliant to standards at time of original date of installation. Inverter faulty. Advised customer on procedures of replacement inverter. Origin to contact customer. Left system isolated, no further action.
