5 bedroom home needs quote on rewiring

We have bought a home with questionable electrics. Some of the lights flicker and turn on and off by themselves. Sometimes there are flashes in the power points. Our electricity board looks like it is very old so I imagine that there is no power shut off.
We are not sure of cost or what actually needs to be done, so we will need advice and a quote.
