70's style town house needs all fittings replaced wf downlights & powerpoints

I need an electrician to replace all existing light fittings with down lights in every room in a double storey 70's style townhouse in abbotsford. we also require new double power outlets in every room in the house. i will need all existing light switches and power outlets to be replaced as the "mission brown" ones we have now look bloody terrible! the walls are all solid brick and cabling will need to be routed into the brick which will later be sheeted with plaster board/gyprock etc. there will be a requirement to replace or route into the brick some existing cabling/conduit so it doesn't impact the sheeting by bulging out. keen to get started on this asap.

I rang Service Central to complain as well - Service Central promotes the fact providers need to maintain a 3 star rating, this provider should not have been offered the job based on his previous ratings as you can see below.
