We are doing up a bathroom and need the existing exhaust fan checked (currently not working) and new one installed. we also need the existing fluoro light fitting removed and a new fixture installed. we also need a couple of downlight bulbs replaced in another part of the house but do not have a ladder high enough (12 foot ceilings).
