We have recently signed up with iinet for adsl2. we have being having trouble with the download & upload speed. we've had 2 telstra technicians come check the outside lines which have tested fine on both occasions. iinet have now told us we need to have a austel approved technician come check our internal wiring on our phone connection as they think it might be within the house.
