Cable up external floodlights back to indoor switches & fit external light

Two existing external floodlights are permanently wired to light/movement sensors. The sensors have been removed but this leaves lights permanently energised with no facility for switching. I wish to have external conduit/wiring fitted to old sensor positions and run back to a central position with internal switches. Also have existing wiring from internal switch to position above BBQ. I wish to have light fitted above BBQ and connected back to switch.
