We have halogen spotlights in the apartment 5 of which have stopped working, some over a year ago but two more have recently stopped working. We have tried new globes and they do not work, it does not appear that the globes have died. There is no obvious other replaceable part visible without removing the light fitting and so may be an electrical fault or some other part that has gone.
