1) An external light fitting appears to have been damaged by water in the recent storms, When switched on, it trips the safety switch for all lights in the property.
2) I have a series of internal lights wired to far too many individual switches. I want them consolidated so that there are fewer switches wired to multiple lights
3) I have a dodgy power point that seems to have been wired incorrectly and doesn't work - I need this fixed.
