Check/fix wiring in roof for faulty downlights and bathroom fan.

A number of downlights are no longer working. we have replaced bulbs but this has not corrected the problem. we therefore believe it is a wiring issue.
also, the bathroom fan is not working well so we would like that wiring checked. if the wiring isn't faulty and the unit itself is bad, we would like advice as to whether to install a new unit or instal a separate fan. we have purchased a separate fan in case this is required, so that the job could be completed on the one day.
we would also like an estimate for installing new telephone and/or broadband points in other rooms.
we would also like a quote and possibly action on the day, the installation of a basic light in an outdoor shed.
