1. cleanup all wiring and old alarm system in back room
2. set powerpoints at
a. intervals on the northern wall (one we tore out) – i think we were going to do 6 or 7
b. 1 near the back door on the southern wall.
c. the electrician doesn’t need to attach the powerpoints at this stage but they have to just run wires so we can put the walls up. they need to provide a separate quote for a return visit to attach the powerpoints.
3. do nothing else with the southern wall (metal sheeted)
4. set tube lights throughout the back room.
a. about 5 for main room and
b. 2 right at the back.
c. plus one near the stair well.
the main focus is for them to get the place ready for us to put walls up with some contingency if we need extra electricity in the future.
