Replace existing thermostat for Braemar gas ducted heating "TH4" with Nest 3rd generation thermostat. Needs a 'common wire' and 24V AC power added. Additional required wire is already run from heating unit to thermostat.
Hardware already purchased for project but just labour required.
In addition, 2 downlights to be looked at.
