Cooling and heating controller replacement with smart wifi thermostat

I have a Bonaire Vulcan evaporative cooler and ducted gas heater. Both run of the same controller and has 4 wires to it. I need to find out if someone can replace the controller with nest or ecobee to control my heating and cooling! I need someone who has done this before! These are wifi thermostats!
