Need some electrical work done in a Two Bedroom Unit. Install five internal Double GPO’s and one external Double GPO. If possible to have a existing external GPO switched from inside the bathroom, this GPO has the spa pump plugged into it. Also require the existing phone plug to be move down the wall and another phone socket installed in the Study. Would also like my alarm console mounted on the wall and wires placed inside the wall, if possible, and install 3 x X10 home automation, AMM32 Two Load modules placed behind existing light switches X10 modules and wiring instructions provided by me. May need to check existing breaker panel to see if it can cope with the extra load, would like some circuits separated if not too costly. Must supply certificate of electrical safety on completion of the job.
