Hi Brad,
I don't have your email address anymore but this is George Shaheen (you did some work for us at 75 White Street).
I am part of the Owners Corporation for my block of units in Chelsea.
I have the Annual General Meeting on Monday and I thought of you in order to have the work completed.
We have been offered the following which we will be going ahead with. We are just finalising who will be completing the work.
We need lights installed on the outside of each unit. Our two options are:
1. For the light to be hard wired from each individual unit and mounted on the facia board
2. For the light to be hard wired from each individual unit and mounted below window height.
Both will be run off sunset switches so the lights will automatically come on after dusk and turn off at sunrise.
Would you mind providing a quote by Monday evening in order for me to present this to the rest of the owners? Sorry for the short notice, but feel free to let me know if you aren't interested.
