Electrical compliance check to rent a property

Joseph requested 3 quotes from Electricians in Malvern East

We are wanting to rent our our place to tenants. It is an older house and there are some modern protection devices installed. e.g.: Switchboard and Oven. So just want to get an idea if it is AOK as is or does something more need to happen. This is because of rule changes 29/3/2023 in relation to electrical safety all power outlets and lighting circuits are to be connected to
a) a switchboard-type circuit breaker that complies with AS/NZS 3000 "Electrical Installations".
b)a switchboard-type residual current device that complies with
b1) AS/NZS 3190 Approval and Test - residual current devices
b2) AS/NZS 61008.1 Residual current operated circuit-breakers without integral overcurrent protection for household and similar uses (RCBO's) Part1.
b3) AS/NZS 61009.1 Residual current operated circuit-breakers with integral overcurrent protection for household and similar uses (RCCB's) Part1.
