The house in question is a 7 bedroom rooming house with seven different tenants.
1) Exit Lights: The house has exit lights. The bulbs are not working. The bulbs were fixed recently but they are not working. The exit light upstairs work. The two exit lights downstairs have an issue. It could be a simple bulb change issue or some loose connection.
2) Due to overload of power, the circuit breaker trips. This happens towards evening when anyone walks into their room and switches on any equipment. Doesn't happen all the time. But since its winter, everyone in the house have kept their heaters and other devices on. So it could be a overload issue or something else. An investigation and possible solution is required
