Luke has been extremely professional in his approach.\r\n\r\nOur initial scope of work was to conduct a routine inspection required by the Council. Once he was at the site, he identified the need to change the switch board. Council wanted an electrician to certify that the switchboard complies to standard. Although we were initially not happy, Luke suggested we should consult another person and if its urgent then we should get it done by another electrician.\r\n\r\nWe enquired around and found what he was stating was true. We gave him the approval to install the new circuit break/switchboard.\r\n\r\nThe work was completed to our satisfacation.
