Two light fixtures to be replaced. One on ceiling. One on wall above mirror. The one on the ceiling is an IXL light fixture which is to be removed and replaced with a regular fitting.
An existing exhaust fan to be removed and replaced with a new one.
Light switch on wall to be replaced (currently has 3 switches, to be replaced with 2).
We will supply all the fittings and the fan.
