I have prepared a diagram that shows where i'd like down lights and where wiring for Air Con needs to be run to.
Air Con Wiring - This is the red line. I'm hoping the start of this cable will be able to be run in false ceiling to top of the stairs. Then down the wall in conduit and along bottom of the wall to under the step (I'm hoping I can remove the step for access), then through double brick wall to outside. The only thing that may interfere could be the false ceiling, not a lot of space between concrete slab above. I'm guessing about 10 metres from point to point.
New cable run for new power socket - This will be the same cable run as Air Con red line, but will terminate behind the TV. New double power point required.
New Down lights - Green circles. I have 4 new lights pictured but have decided to only have 3 new down lights. A new cupboard will be built where you see red and white chairs to the right of the pic attached. 3 new downlights required. Like them to be dimmable LED COB bulb/light
New pendant light - You will notice in the pic my place is double height to ceiling. Pendant light already exists, want new light hung in same location. Access to high ceiling could be the issue. I will supply new pendant light.
Depending on how much the above costs, I may get ceiling fan installed in bedroom where existing light is.
