Electrical work relating to the installation of a kitchen renovation

We live in a block of flats, one floor up. The block was probably built around 30-40 years ago. It has solid brick external and internal walls.
We would like to obtain 2 quotes.
(1) Kitchen renovation:
We have an existing kitchen and we require that its electrical wiring and points be reconfigured and added to so that our new kitchen renovation is completed. Our kitchen renovation is currently scheduled to happen in 6 to 7 weeks time, and we have just approved a quote for the new cabinets. We wish to coordinate electrical works to tie in with the new cabinet works, if possible, though installation of electrical works could possibly happen after (or more preferably before) the kitchen cabinets go in. Either way, there may have to be a two stage (rough in and fitting off) process. The current kitchen only has a couple of GPO's in the solid brick walls. The new kitchen configuration will require adjusted positions and installation of 2 new double (or possibly 3) GPO's to service the kitchen bench-top. Further to this, the new kitchen will require GPO's for new gas cook-top (with electric starter), new electric oven, new dishwasher, and for refrigerator. Also, the existing kitchen has an exhaust fan currently located in the existing window. This fan is switched back to the main kitchen light-switch panel. We would like to, if possible, unhook the fan from this power source and run the wiring instead to a new small light to be located above the new kitchen sink, within a bulkhead which will be constructed as part of the kitchen-works.
(2) Replace existing distribution board:
Replace the existing distribution board which uses fuses, with one that uses modern circuit breakers with current protection device.
