Supply and install 16 flush fitting warmest white LED frosted downlights (replacing standard 50w halogen downlights) with flush fitting LED's for the warmest white (preferably 8w), 2 additional LED downlights to be installed also - 1 of these to be angle adjustable to highlight artwork. (18 in total). An LED suitable dimmer switch (which controls 4 downlights) to be installed, and 2 inline exhaust fans in the bathrooms have stopped working and need to be replaced (this is within an apartment).
Onsite walk-through available from 6-8am or 6pm-9pm Mon-Fri or anytime on the weekend.
