1. Replace old switchboard with 18 module switch board
2. Install 2 split systems 3.5KW. One base system next to chimney, next on adjacent connecting to a point about 4 metres away
3 Kitchen (approx 3m*2.7m in area) move oven connection 3 metres. Move 3 existing powers points add range hood, dishwashers and microwave points. 5-6 down lights(2 switches) replacing one light central light plus dining 3 down lights replacing central light. Install oven and range hood.
4 Lounge shift power points (about 1.5metres) for wall removal. Add 4 down lights - 1 switch. Move TV antenna and connect also to bedroom 1. Relocate door bell by about 3 meters.
5. New ensuite (2.5mx 1.2m) 2 down lights over basin plus central multipurpose light fan. Power point.
6. New laundry (1.2m x 2.1m) install downlight - shifting existing wall light and power points(2 double)
7 Bathroom move power point close to basin. Install fan, 2 downlights over basin, 2 other downlights.
8 Bedroom 2 disconnect old hot water system. Install two double power points.
9. Hallway front 2 downlights (relacing single), Back hall 1 downlight.
10 Bedroom 3 move switch from one side of a door to another.
11 External
Replace external lights (3) with twin sensor flood lights. Add external double powerpoint and twin light to patio area. Disconnect front by mailbox.
Require itemised quote. Owner supply main items, plus downlights. List other prime items separately. Ready to start on acceptable quote.
