One of my circuit breaker (kitchen & living area) couldn't be turn on, everytime I tried turning it on, it trips the main circuit breaker.
I have turned off all electrical applicance and power outlet in the kitchen and living area but the circuit breaker still trips whenever I tried turning it on. I am unable to isolate the source of the problem. It may be that the circuit breaker needs replacement.
