  Job Description
This is job is for a restaurant which is to be opened on Sunday the 26th of October. All the work must be completed by next Thursday at the latest.
I have endeavored to be as descriptive as possible with this job so you should be able to give me an accurate quote. Please make sure you are conservative with your quote, any variations must be agreed upon and signed before extra payment is authorized and it must be a clear deviation from stated work.
So here is a breakdown of what needs to be done at the shop:
PORCH AREA:
1. Replace two faulty light fittings with new ones supplied by customer. Just a straight swap.
Here’s a photo of the existing fitting, the other is just like it. They will be disconnected and removed and you will install the new light the customer is providing.
(looks like photo's can't be attached in this message, once you've contacted me I'll send document).
2. Supply and install 4 metal halide flood lights with brackets so that they will shine back on to main sign which faces the street. I photo shopped the picture so you can see what I mean. You will need to provide the brackets and the lights.

3. Wire their shop sign (you can see it in above picture). The internals are fluorescent tubes. Please change tubes and starters.
4. Owner is not sure if there is power at the porch. Please quote to run a 2.5mm feed from the board which is 5 metres away.
5. Install a PE Cell (day / night switch) to control all this. It can be isolated from the circuit breaker.

DINING AREA
1. Supply and install a 15A power point to power air conditioner. All plumbing and control wiring is being completed by another contractor. The switch board is 15 metres away. Please provide all materials including circuit breaker, cable and power point.
2. Supply and install a 15A power point to power air conditioner. All plumbing and control wiring is being completed by another contractor. The switch board is 30 metres away. Please provide all materials including circuit breaker, cable and power point.


COOL ROOM
1. Supply and install a 15A power point. All plumbing and control wiring is being completed by another contractor. The switch board is 30 metres away. There is no actual refrigeration unit there now. Just needs a powerpoint at a specified location with 15A capacity. Must be its own feed from the board.
LANEWAY ON SIDE
1. Install a sensor light fitting to be supplied by customer. This will need to be wired either to the board which is 20 metres away or to a closer lighting circuit.

BACKYARD
1. Install 2 sensor lights to be provided by customer. The cabling is already there for the first one. Just power the second one from the first. Customer is happy for conduit to be installed if necessary.
