After some electrical additions and simple run of a cable, I believe all the work should be straight forward,
I have a house plan with the works available on request, or can organise to come out and show the works
x 1 double power points - on island bench (power nearby from dishwasher)
x Installation of Heating Rack in En-suite link heating towel rack to switch (10A towel Rack)
x 1 Connect/Run Antenna and Ethernet in tv area - (2 Port Gang Wall Plate Clipsal Style FTA PAL TV Antenna Cat6 Data Network LAN will be provided)
x 1 run Ethernet cable (Cat 6 provided) from newly installed TV Area port to garage point
x 1 switch in en-suite turns on fan and light, I was wondering if possible to have this seperated with two switches one for the fan and one for the lights (I don't know why the builder didn't do this)
x 1 run cable for security camera to eaves (cable provided)
