Rang on Friday 21 August, spoke to my wife. Asked when do you want me to come see what the job entails, so he could work out when to do the job. Explained that the idea is for him to see what needs to be done and give a quote. Said he may come around tomorrow (Saturday) to see what is needed and my wife suggested that he telephone ahead as we may be in or out of home. Did not ring at all Saturday (no record of a call from him on caller ID), and no contact since (now the following Wednesday night). Won't hear from him obviously. Has no idea what the concept of Service Central is. Utter waste of time, these people are supposed to be reliable.
