have a large removal house which is 16 years old in good condition, modern existing wiring. it was moved onto property in 2 equal halves. The wiring was cut between the 2 sections. The house is now being joined back together. The plan is to re-wire the 2 sections to 2 sub-meters and sub-boards to allow supply of both sections of house as multi occupancy via the single main meter. A third sub meter and sub board is required for supply to an existing granny flat. Solar is to be connected to the primary electrical board and feed the sub-boards and grid. This project requires outside of box thinking. We require the installation of the electrical boards, the rewiring of existing circuits, install of new circuits and fittings (including stoves, HWS, GP0's) and arrange of swing from builders pole to house while minimizing disruption to existing tenants in auxiliary flat. Will require a team including apprentices to ensure turnaround is fast and cost effective
