I have 3 powerpoints which do not work, 1 of them has a damaged case which needs replacing. I would also like to have a light and powerpoint removed if possible. The light is a spotlight which is resting on a valance and the cable runs along the wall to the powerpoint. Apartment is a ground floor 1 bedroom in art deco building.

Was very fast to respond to my request, arranged a time to suit but never showed up at designated time, waited half an hour after the time, tried to call them on their mobile but did not respond to my call and has never called me back to explain why they did not show up. Would not recommend.
