I have two small jobs on an apartment in South Yarra (Murphy Street). It will take less than an hour. I have offstreet parking available.
1. Lightfitting. An existing light isn't working so I want to check the wiring is okay and change to a new fitting.
2. Powerpoint. One has lost its "face" but it is one of those big bulky one. While you are there, I would like to change the fitting to a thinner one if possible.
3. Exhaust fan. The current one isn't very effective. If the new one needs rewiring, I will need help with that too.
