* Replacing all single powerpoints with double powerpoints (about 10)
* Install / move powerpoints
* Install new remote control ceiling fan (and remove old ceiling fan and fan controller box)
* Install new ceiling light fittings in place of old fittings
* Terminate no longer needed wiring
* Replace old style electrical switchboard with new updated one and also install safety switch.
