Electrician to change 4 light fixtures, in living, dining, kitchen, and bedroom

I would like to replace 4 light fixtures, with following details:
1. living room
existing ceiling oyster-type fixture with fluorescent light to be removed. new hanging pendant light to be installed.
2. dining room
existing ceiling oyster-type fixture with fluorescent light to be removed. new hanging pendant light to be installed.
3. kitchen
existing fluorescent tube light fixture on ceiling to be removed, and new track light to be installed. track light uses spot reflector bulbs, not halogen.
4. bedroom
existing ceiling oyster-type fixture with conventional incandescent bulb to be removed, and new hanging pendant light to be installed.
additional notes:
- all hanging pendant lights are lightweight
- if possible, would also appreciate indication of how soon job can be done, and during which hours (eg. thurs afternoon, sat morning, etc)
