Electrician to install heating lamp/exhaust fan with extra switches

We have a circular exhaust fan and down lights which are connected to one switch.
We want to replace the exhaust fan with a heat lamp/exhaust fan combo which will be controlled by 3 or 4 switches. Must be fully certified Electrician and able to install the combo correctly in the ceiling.
Also must be able to come on Monday 9th February in the afternoon to do a quote. Otherwise do not respond to the ad.
