Upon completion of these works a copy of the Certificate of Electrical Safety is required to be sent into this office advising completion of the works.
Provide and Install Common Meter Box at Mill Park. Locate Meter Box adjacent to existing electrical service pit, left hand of driveway and within Common Property Boundary. Include provision for two meters. One to be used for dwelling one. The other for the proposed Dwelling at rear of property. Allow for 63Amp Single Phase Supply to both Dwellings. Install 1 x 32mm U/G Conduit with draw string from Common Meter Box to 1M towards proposed Dwelling at rear. Include 1 x Inspection Fee, 1 x Power Industry Padlock.

Provide and Install reinforced concrete foundations for common meter Box. Dimensions approx. 0.6M x 1.0M x 0.6M. Complete all required paperwork for inspections and connection.

Provide and Install new Switchboard for Dwelling one. Connect via Common Meter. Remove Meter Panel at Dwelling one.

Test entire installation & Provide Certificate of Electrical Safety
Note: Break concrete driveway as required, leave broken concrete and excess fill on site.
