We have a 5 year old 2 storey house and require 3 pendant lights installed over kitchen bench. Also 1 large pendant light over table. Currently have downlights everywhere. Hopfully you will be good at cutting holes into the ceiling plaster. Also, a few other repairs like repair a ceiling fan and possibly move a light switch.
