Fix 3 halogen downlights

I have 3 fixed downlights that continuously stop working. No matter how many times I replace the bulb the light either stops working within a few hours or the light never works. These were working fine for about a year. The other 30 odd in the house are fine. I suspect the transformers may need replacing.
Looking for safety certificate to be provided. Happy to pay cash.
