The bathroom light over the mirror is overheating and tends to blow light bulbs, this needs troubleshooting and fixing.
Also our exhaust fan/vent in the bathroom and kitchen do not work - may be blocked or something - would like someone to look into it and give me a quote to fix.
Would like to get someone to fix over the next couple of weeks.
