I had two brand new smoke detectors installed 9 months ago. One of them now keep making beep noise every minute or so. I though battery needs to be changed. When i disconnect it from main supply it stopped beeping. I thought if its an issue with battery it should have keep making that noise. Need a hand as I am at a loss now.
