Fix LED chandelier (globes are burnt out)

My two-year old chandelier has many little LED globes and some of these are burnt out, despite the fact that I was assured they would last for many years! This leads me to believe that the chandelier was wired wrongly in the first place. I need someone to come and have a look at it and fix it. I also have two lamps that I'd like to have re-wired - perhaps with LED globes as well.
