in detail:
one globe fixture (with halogen light fitting) has broken. we replaced globe - without touching globe, still does not work.
a second light fitting needs repair. it is a drop down light in the kitchen. when the globe was replaced it inly ever worked intermittenly then not at all. not convinved person who removed globe did so correctly!
two halogen light fittings need replacing in kitchen (had enormous difficulty repalcing one last year). this is not super critical, but if someone is coming out it will probably only take them a couple of minutes to do this.
