I need 3 light fixtures replaced with low voltage pendant lights that I already have. I need one in our dining room moved to be centered over a table and second one added to that and hang new fixtures that I already have. Separate to that i need 3 ceiling fans without lights hung where existing wiring is and 2 power points added. The ceiling fans are going to exisitng light fixtures and may need timber in the ceiling for support Please quote the fans and power points separate to the rest as the first be i need right away.
