I have some repair work to be done in the roof where mice have chewed a couple of wires. also some additional minor work including installing a fan. the wiring was installed when we built the house but the fan was not. repair/replace a down light which has melted the unit. repair a light externally and clean up some wiring. also a light to be installed on the shed.
