House: Install 2 new single powerpoints and move a light switch down.

Owner occupied house, single level:
1) Install new single powerpoint for dishwasher (below bench, and it's directly below an existing powerpoint)
2) Install new single powerpoint in hallway.
3) Move light switch in carport down further (so I can reach it!)
4) Rewire a light switch inside the house (it currently turns our deck light AND the internal study light on, but it should only turn the study light on).
NOTE: Part number 1 is the essential part to get done now (we're in the process of installing a new dishwasher in a kitchen which hasn't had a dishwasher before). I'd ideally like to get the rest of it done at the same time but only if we can afford it.
