House Rewire - 1920's house in Vic Park WA and instal 2 smoke alarms & RCD

I have a 1920's original brick and iron house in Victoria Park Western Australia. I am seeking a quotation on the 'rewire' of the premises sometime between 27 Oct and 17 Nov. A lot of original VIR 'cloth' cable remains at the light switches etc. The house is 2 bedrooms, a entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/dining, sun-room, small store room, bathroom, toilet and small laundry. The house has 12 foot ceilings in all areas except the sun-room, toilet and laundry.
There are some exterior lights and power points but these are relatively new. The kitchen was re done in 2005 with new wiring and power points.
There are approximately 11 power points and there is blow-in insulation.
I also need an RCD and 2 smoke alarms installed to comply with new regulations on rented premises.
The house will be vacant from 27 Oct to 17 Nov so this is the timing for the work.
