The initial contact was quick pleasant friendly, very down to earth, easy going and eager to provide us with a quote and to carry out the work. Also B.D was the cheapest so we booked them. On the morning that was arranged to carry out the work they didn\'t arrive, upon my contact with them they apologized stating they forgot to enter the appointment time into their schedule. Due to the fact they seem genuinely sorry we went ahead with their services later the same day. Two Electricians attended and within 40 minutes they had completed the work, they were very professional, friendly and carried out their work efficiently. We were VERY happy with the result, upon receiving our invoice however, we were charged extra costs that was not ever discussed or advised to us, upon contact with the company the account was amended and we were charged the original agreed quoted amount. If they could just be more attentive to their admin I wouldn\'t hesitate to give them a 5 star rating. We will certainly use their services again and thank them for when on site they certainly put our mind at ease with the professional approach they took to the work required. Thank you Bao
