New 4-blade ceiling fan to be installed in 2-storey townhouse. Ground-floor ceiling space does not have man access - so access may be required via removal of a roof panel. (The room in which the fan is to be installed is in single-storey area of the house.) As far as I know, the roof above is metal (Brownbuilt?) type construction.
